Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Vizirush platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and ReachWave Media, the operator of Vizirush.

2. Who We Are

Vizirush (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a service owned and operated by ReachWave Media. Our address is: Office No. 26, 4th Floor, MOTIAZ ROYAL BUSINESS PARK, Zirakpur, Gazipur, Punjab 140603, India.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must:

• Provide accurate information at sign-up and keep it updated.
• Notify us immediately at support@vizirush.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Be at least 18 years old or have authority to bind your organization.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Vizirush is offered on a subscription basis. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize us to charge you the applicable fees through Paddle, our billing provider and Merchant of Record.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• All prices are in USD and may exclude applicable local taxes.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial for paid plans. At the end of the trial your subscription converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. No charge is applied during a free trial period.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard Billing page. Upon cancellation:

• Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Your account reverts to the Free plan; no further charges are made.
• Your data is retained for 30 days after downgrade, after which it may be deleted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or failure to pay subscription fees.

7. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the initial charge. Please see our Refund Policy for full details, including renewal and non-refundable items.

8. Permitted Use

You may use Vizirush solely for lawful business purposes — managing your Google Business Profile, sending review request campaigns to your own customers, and publishing content to your business listings. You agree not to resell or sublicense access to the platform without a written agency agreement with us.

9. Prohibited Uses

You must not use Vizirush to:

• Post fake, incentivized, or fraudulent reviews on Google or any platform.
• Send unsolicited messages to customers who have not opted in.
• Violate Google's Terms of Service, Policies, or Review Guidelines.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or copy any part of the platform.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts.
• Use the platform in a way that damages our reputation or that of our service providers.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

10. Google Business Profile Integration

Vizirush connects to Google Business Profile via Google's official APIs. By connecting your Google account, you authorize us to access, read, and write to your Google Business Profile on your behalf, including fetching reviews and publishing replies and posts.

You are solely responsible for all content published through Vizirush. We do not guarantee uninterrupted API access; Google may modify or revoke API access at any time.

11. AI-Generated Content

Vizirush uses the Anthropic Claude AI to generate draft review replies and suggested content. AI-generated content is presented as a draft for your review and approval — it is not published without your confirmation unless you have enabled auto-publish.

You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, tone, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content.

12. Review Request Campaigns (WhatsApp)

Vizirush enables you to send WhatsApp review request messages to your customers via Meta's WhatsApp Business API. By using this feature, you agree that:

• You have obtained the necessary consent from each recipient to receive WhatsApp messages.
• You will comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and all applicable anti-spam laws.
• You will not send unsolicited bulk messages or contact opted-out recipients.

We reserve the right to suspend campaign access if we receive reports of abuse or policy violations.

13. Customer Data Uploaded by You

Customer contact data (phone numbers, names) you upload for campaign use remains your data. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to deliver the services you have requested. We will not use your customer data for any other purpose or share it with third parties except as required to operate the service.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to share this data with us and to use it for the purposes described.

14. Intellectual Property

All software, design, code, and content forming the Vizirush platform are owned by ReachWave Media or our licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the platform.

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload (review replies, scheduled posts, contact lists). By using the platform you grant us a limited license to process and store this content to provide the service.

15. Third-Party Services

Vizirush integrates with third-party services including Google, Anthropic, Paddle, Meta WhatsApp Business Platform, Twilio, Supabase, and Vercel. Your use of these integrations is also subject to each third party's own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of any third-party service.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vizirush is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReachWave Media and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Vizirush, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReachWave Media and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Vizirush, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, India.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or a notice in the dashboard. Continued use of Vizirush after updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance.
